Boiling Water Bath Canning Class

If you are new to canning or have used canning equipment but want an update on canning tomatoes and other high acid foods then join us on Wednesday, May 19, 2010 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm.
Classes will be held at the Seminole County/University of Florida IFAS Extension Office located at 250 W. County Home Road, Sanford, FL 32773.
Please call 407-665-5553 - Pre-registration is required and class size is limited.
Register by May 14, 2010 - Cost $10.00 per class. Checks payable to Seminole County, collected at the door.
