Biking in Seminole County

Whether you want a quick stroll or a challenging trail ride, Seminole County is the right place to surround yourself with the sights and sounds of nature. Minutes away from Orlando, you’ll find abundant wilderness lands that have remained untouched for centuries. The area’s 30 parks and preserves offer boardwalks where you can meander through wetlands for a fascinating look at exotic birds, tropical flowers and other natural wonders. Miles of paved or groomed trails let you hike, bike, rollerblade or hop on horseback to see the same wild Florida the earliest settlers did. With thousands of acres of wilderness ripe for exploration, you’ll discover paradise right here on the other side of Orlando.

The Cross Seminole Trail is a paved recreational trail that has been designated as one of Seminole County’s Showcase Trails because of its length, beauty, and accommodation of various users.
